We're based in Manchester and work across Greater Manchester and Cheshire — Manchester, Salford, Stockport and Oldham, plus our Cheshire town coverage including Alderley Edge, Bramhall, Cheadle, Poynton, Sale, Urmston and Wilmslow.
Do you handle the whole build, or just parts?+
Both. We can take a project from foundations to final coat, and we can take on individual trades where it makes sense — get in touch with the brief.
Are you insured?+
Yes — Ultra Build Northwest Ltd carries £2m public liability and £2m employers' liability insurance. Evidence available on request.
How fast can you get out to quote?+
We typically book a free site survey within a few days. A fixed-price written quote follows as soon as it's ready. Quotes are free unless the brief needs significant pre-design work.
Do you offer fixed prices?+
Most jobs are quoted on a fixed-price basis for labour and materials, with the basis agreed up front so there are no surprises at the end.
Can you handle planning and building regs?+
Yes — we work alongside architects and structural engineers (and can appoint one if you don't have plans yet) and handle building regs from start to finish, with pricing carried out by a quantity surveyor once drawings are in.
